They decided on the Mainland in the area of trade in services of Hong Kong opening up, strengthen financial cooperation, promoting mutual recognition of professional qualifications and the promotion of trade and investment facilitation to sign this agreement.
Trade in services

(C) in the annex to this agreement"service provider" should be consistent with thearrangements of annex 5 of the Convention on "service provider" definition and the relevant provisions of the regulations.

 

Second, financial cooperation
(A) the revision of regulations for overseas listing, support conditions of Hong Kong-listed mainland enterprises listing in Hong Kong for the Mainland enterprises,particularly SMEsto facilitate overseas market listing and financing.
(B) actively studying the path of deepening the cooperation between Hong Kong and the Mainland's commodity futures markets and means of co-operation to establish complementarity, cooperation and common development of the futures market.
(C) actively reduce Hong Kong's financial institutions eligible for qualified foreign institutional investors about the qualification requirements, and provide convenience for the long-term funds to invest in the mainland capital market in Hong Kong.
(D) support eligible Hong Kong financial institutions in the Mainland to set up a joint venture securities companies, fund management companies and futures companies.

 

Third, the mutual recognition of professional qualifications
Both sides continue to cost of mainland real estate appraisers, engineers and theHong Kong estate surveyors, quantity surveyors, mutual recognition of qualifications.

 

Four, trade and investment facilitation
The two sides agreed to further strengthen commodity inspection and quarantine,food safety and quality standards of cooperation in the field, and the arrangements of annex 6 of the fifth paragraph (ii) 2nd food safety and animal and plant inspection and quarantine to increase the following:
"Both sides agreed to continue the advancement of the AQSIQ and the Hong KongCommerce and economic development Bureau on inspection arrangements for transit through Hong Kong to the Mainland imported wines memorandum of consultation processes, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in the Mainlandand the premise of ensuring safety, transit transportation to the Mainland viaHong Kong wine products facilitating customs clearance and other related measures. ”

 

Five, accessories
The annexes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this agreement.
Six, entry into force
This agreement duly signed by representatives of both parties from the date of entry into force.

The agreement signed in Hong Kong on June 29, 2012.
